How do I use the platform? 

We organise workshops on business and technical aspects during the configuration process, the aim of which is to gain a good understanding of the customer’s needs and the technical applications that result from them. Next, at the start of the project, there is an initial training session on the tool, without using the client’s data. A second training session takes place 2-3 weeks later, once the client’s data is in the platform. This allows the client to see how the software will function in their office.
