- Offers the most direct transfer of skills to the client & the most interesting global cost,
- Requires qualified resources (marketing, IT, data) available at the client’s,
- Poses difficulties in the event of the departure of client resources or their reassignment.
Entrust your project to an agency
60-90% of the project load is carried out by a partner agency of the client or Scal-e. The client & Scal-e provide the remainder during the scoping mission and project points. This project mode offers the following advantages:
- Trained external resources and more communication (proximity, language, …),
- In case of volatile local currency, the overall cost is reduced,
- The project has less impact on the client,
- The possibility to have a level 1 support provided by the agency.
Entrust us with your project
80-90% of the project load is carried out by the editor. The client provides the remainder during the scoping mission and project points. The pluses and minuses :
- Less impactful project for the client, but with less local resources trained (no external consultant),
- Probably the most important global cost for the client in case of volatile local currency
