Pour ceux et celles qui s\u2019en souviennent, Scal-e est anciennement la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ID Contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, Scal-e se positionne clairement sur le march\u00e9 de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.badsender.com\/2019\/09\/10\/cdp-dmp-crm-marketing-automation-routeur-quelles-differences\/\">CDP (Customer Data Platform)<\/a>. C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs le 1<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;\u00e9diteur fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 obtenir le label&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdpinstitute.org\/\">CDP Institute<\/a>&nbsp;avec 30 autres \u00e9diteurs dans le monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scal-e s\u2019adresse \u00e0 tout type de besoin et de secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9 mais l\u2019entreprise est tr\u00e8s&nbsp;<strong>\u00e0 l\u2019aise quand les besoins initiaux de leurs clients sont tourn\u00e9s autour de la data et de la r\u00e9conciliation des donn\u00e9es multi-flux<\/strong>. Scal-e est capable de r\u00e9concilier les diff\u00e9rents devices utilis\u00e9s par un individu et \u00e9galement les diff\u00e9rents supports utilis\u00e9s au sein d\u2019un m\u00eame foyer. L\u2019ADN de Scal-e est la data. D\u2019ailleurs, pour l\u2019\u00e9quipe, l\u2019email est un canal de communication comme un autre, pas plus, pas moins. Scal-e g\u00e8re \u00e9galement les SMS, wallet, programmes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9, programmes de parrainage, print, fax, display et r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s de 4h de d\u00e9mo, voici un aper\u00e7u des principaux points diff\u00e9renciants de l\u2019outil&nbsp;:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/scal-e.com\/fr\/gestion-des-donnees\/\">traitement de la donn\u00e9e<\/a><\/strong>: c\u2019est clairement LE point fort de Scal-e. Les \u00e9quipes sont capables de cr\u00e9er un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel client unique \u00e0 partir de donn\u00e9es brutes non structur\u00e9es envoy\u00e9es par l\u2019annonceur. Il n\u2019y a pas de format de fichier impos\u00e9. Ils s\u2019occupent de transformer la donn\u00e9e brute en information client directement exploitable par des marketeurs. Ils mettent en place les flux et les r\u00e8gles d\u2019importation, les r\u00e8gles de gestion des priorit\u00e9s (en fonction par exemple de la fiabilit\u00e9 des sources). Scal-e r\u00e9concilie alors les flux entre eux. L\u2019utilisateur est \u00e9galement autonome dans les r\u00e8gles de priorit\u00e9 entre les sources.<br>Chez Scal-e, on ne parle pas de mod\u00e8le multi-dimensionnelle. On ne d\u00e9finit pas une cl\u00e9 primaire. Il n\u2019y a pas de cl\u00e9 au niveau des tables. La cl\u00e9 de r\u00e9conciliation n\u2019est pas limit\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019adresse email. On peut d\u00e9finir autant de cl\u00e9s que n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>La gestion d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/scal-e.com\/fr\/acquisition-fidelisation\/\">programme de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0: Ils ne sont pas nombreux \u00e0 avoir un module sp\u00e9cifique l\u00e0-dessus. Scal-e est capable d\u2019envoyer des offres de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 et des r\u00e9compenses bas\u00e9es sur les achats effectu\u00e9s mais \u00e9galement sur des ouvertures, des clics des campagnes marketing, des formulaires remplis, des informations clients d\u00e9clar\u00e9es\u2026 L\u2019id\u00e9e est de r\u00e9compenser sur l\u2019engagement et pas uniquement sur la valeur transactionnelle. Et, bien entendu, Scal-e n\u2019h\u00e9sitera pas \u00e0 r\u00e9concilier les cartes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9s d\u2019un m\u00eame foyer, de d\u00e9terminer les cartes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 par membre de la famille ou encore savoir si le contact poss\u00e8de + de 2 cartes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>La gestion multi-r\u00e8glementaire<\/strong>\u00a0: Scal-e met \u00e0 disposition des fonctionnalit\u00e9s qui guident les marketeurs dans la conformit\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/scal-e.com\/fr\/data-privacy\/\">RGPD<\/a> mais aussi CAN SPAM et CASL.
